The Wine

wine cellarThe vineyard is 10 minutes away by car on the slope of the next mountain. It is within a 25-acre property about half planted and half wooded. The vineyard property is criss-crossed with footpaths and bridleways, and fantastic views in all directions. An ideal place for picnics.

The wine is made in a nearby winery. Most of it is stored there, although there are always many bottles in the Jassine cellar. There are two red wines : the LOU BAR ROU and the LOU VEN TOU, both sold exclusively in the US.

The Monastery

The vineyard is at walking distance from a very active monastery, with a group of 80 young monks, who amongst many other occupations also press the Jassine olives.

Music

La Jassine des Trois Montagnes isn’t just for wine lovers. It is also a wonderful retreat for musicians and composers. The sitting room is a, peaceful place to play or compose.
